A presence is ensured at the reception desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, both for the reception of clients and for the surveillance of the premises.

A video surveillance system allows us to monitor the exterior and to keep an eye on the corridors of the rooms. Thus, if it is noticed, for example after 10:30 pm, that people or a group are making noise on a floor, the night watchman can easily intervene to remind everyone of their duty to respect the sleep of all.

The parking lot located in front of the building is not private. It has a total of 54 spaces and is illuminated and has video surveillance.
Possibility of parking 2 buses.
PMR place available.

An additional parking lot located 300 m from the main entrance, allée Marius Chanteur, has 100 spaces.

A lighted access road allows you to reach the entrance of Ethic Etapes Dijon without having to cross a street.

A reservation is qualified as a “group reservation” from 12 people.

Group reservations are managed by a dedicated and personalized service from the first contact to the billing.

Simplified procedure for a group reservation :

The group : Formulate a written request (e-mail, fax, mail)

The group : possible modifications then acceptance of the estimate with payment of a deposit according to the general conditions of sale.
The group : sending of the final list of participants.

With its 6,600 square meters of space, including 101 rooms (219 beds), 8 meeting rooms with a total capacity of 500 seats, and two restaurants with 270 self-service seats and 100 meals served at the table, Ethic Etapes Dijon specializes in accommodating large groups.

A very large reception hall makes it easy to organize a personalized welcome for various events.

In the evening, an ambiance bar is open upon prior reservation.

Ethic Etapes Dijon is an association under the French law of 1901 called “Centre de Rencontres International et de Séjour de Dijon.”

The rooms on arrival are made up. Please note that in the collective rooms, the beds will not be made, you will have at your disposal the bed linen in the rooms.

The bath sheets are not provided in the basic package. A Hotel Service can be requested by groups upon prior reservation. This includes: a bath sheet, a soap, a bath mat

In case of a problem in a room, please inform the reception immediately.

The following days, during the recouche, the beds are reupholstered and not redone in the individual and double rooms. The garbage can is emptied, the floor is swept. Disinfection of the sanitary area.

The rooms do not have a baby bed, except one on request.

Yes, it is possible to rent a room for a family event but only under certain conditions.

If there is a meal, it cannot be brought by the group. Meals taken on the premises must be prepared by the catering service.

The catering service of Ehic Etapes Dijon ( 03 80 72 95 25 ) takes care of these requests and sends different proposals including the menu card and customized menus.

The minimum number of guests for a meal/banquet is 20 and requests must be made at least 15 days in advance.

There are 3 time slots:

– day: the room is available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

– 1/2 day : the room is available either from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm or from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm

– evening : the room is available from 7pm to 11pm

Schedules can be adjusted.

Catering: what are the access conditions and the hours of the cafeteria?

The cafeteria is open from Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. It is accessible to all.

It is possible to pay in cash or by credit card. However, for regular customers, Ethic Etapes Dijon provides a free payment card to be credited at the reception.

For groups it is imperative to reserve in advance.
